Shipping Policy

We offer reliable, tracked delivery worldwide. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Fees

Free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Remote or rural areas may require additional time and/or an extra shipping fee. If an extra fee applies, we’ll contact you before shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Customized ClimaCab orders may require additional production time depending on the design scope.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Delivery estimates vary by product type:

  • ClimaCab (Humidity-Controlled Display Cabinets): 15–35 business days

  • Accessories & Smaller Items: 7–14 business days

⏱️ Shipping times may vary due to destination, weather, carrier conditions, and remote-area delivery.

ClimaCab cabinets are shipped in reinforced protective packaging to help prevent damage in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.


Lunar New Year Notice (Seasonal)

Orders placed between Feb 1–Feb 25 may experience processing delays due to seasonal holiday closures. We’ll resume normal processing as soon as operations reopen. Thank you for your patience.

 

 

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

1) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them (you may open the package to inspect)

  • Free of damage and not showing signs of use

  • Returned in the original packaging with all parts and accessories included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2) Product Categories

To keep things clear, our return terms depend on product type:

A) ClimaCab Cabinets (Large / Fragile Items)

Because ClimaCab cabinets are large, glass-based products that require reinforced protective packaging and special shipping handling, returns are subject to additional handling costs.

  • Order cancellation before shipment: A 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and transaction costs.

  • Returns after shipment / delivery: A return handling fee up to 35% may apply, depending on the model, packaging condition, and shipping requirements.

  • Return shipping for ClimaCab is not free and will be quoted based on destination and carrier availability.

  • Custom or personalized ClimaCab orders are non-refundable.

We will confirm any applicable return shipping and handling costs with you before the return is approved.

B) Smaller Items (Stands, Wall Mounts, Humidifiers, Tool Kits, Accessories)

This includes items such as:
Guitar Soundhole Humidifier with Digital Hygrometer, Foldable Violin Stand, 99PCS Professional Guitar Repair & Maintenance Tool Kit, Portable Foldable Guitar Stand, Portable Acacia Guitar Stand, Wooden Guitar Wall Mount (Pick-Style / Headstock-Style), Horizontal Guitar Wall Mount (Angled Multi-Instrument Display Hanger), and similar products.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

3) How to Request a Return

Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address (and a label if applicable) plus step-by-step instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement, parts shipment, or refund, depending on the situation.

5) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized ClimaCab cabinets

  • Items that are used, modified, installed, or show signs of wear

  • Refurbished units

  • Final sale items and gift cards

6) Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return (if eligible). Once approved, you can place a new order separately.

7) Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
