Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Return
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Important:
– A 10% restocking fee applies to orders cancelled before shipment.
– A 35% restocking fee applies to returns after the order has shipped.
– Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before returning any items. If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible). Once accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund transaction.
