Shipping

We offer reliable, tracked delivery for all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, with dispatches made Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Fees

• ClimaCab Products – Free Shipping

• Accessories and Smaller Items –

  • £10 in the UK

  • USD $15 in the US

  • CAD $20 in Canada

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed from the following working day.

• Customized ClimaCab orders may require additional production time, depending on the design scope.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times are approximately:

• United Kingdom: 15–20 business days

• United States & Canada: 15–25 business days

⏱️ Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly depending on location, weather, and carrier conditions. Remote or rural areas may require longer delivery times.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Return 

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unused and undamaged

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:
– A 10% restocking fee applies to orders cancelled before shipment.
– A 35% restocking fee applies to returns after the order has shipped.
– Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us before returning any items. If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made ClimaCab cabinets

• Personalized or special-order items

• Used or refurbished units

• Sale items and gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible). Once accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund transaction.
